Training Policies

Important: Registration deposits are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for training already completed. Students withdrawing after 30% of a program has been completed may be subject to administrative and convenience fees, and refunds are not guaranteed. Written notice is required for all cancellations and withdrawals.

Acknowledgment

By registering for a course with Yelladay Healthcare Training & Assessments, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation, and Withdrawal Policy.

Registration Deposits

Certain courses require a registration deposit to reserve a seat in class.

Deposits are applied toward tuition costs.
Registration deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will forfeit any deposit paid.

Student Cancellations Before Training Begins:

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment before the course start date must notify YelladayHTA in writing.

Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Start Date:

Students may be eligible for a full refund of tuition paid, less any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Start Date

Students may be eligible for a refund of tuition paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any administrative fees incurred.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice may:

Forfeit all deposits paid.
Be responsible for applicable administrative fees.
Be required to pay a new registration fee to enroll in a future course.

Withdrawal After Training Begins

Students may voluntarily withdraw from a course at any time by submitting a written withdrawal request.

Withdrawal becomes effective on the date written notice is received by YelladayHTA.

Tuition for Training Already Completed

No refunds will be issued for:

Completed classroom instruction.
Completed online coursework.
Completed skills lab sessions.
Completed testing preparation services.
Completed clinical or hands-on training hours.

Students remain financially responsible for all training completed prior to withdrawal.

Withdrawal During Multi-Session Programs

For programs consisting of multiple training sessions, modules, or instructional hours (including HCA Training Programs), refunds may be calculated based on the portion of training not yet completed.

Less Than 30% of Program Completed

Students may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused training hours, less:

Non-refundable deposits
Administrative fees
Any training already completed

30% or More of Program Completed

If a student withdraws after completing 30% or more of the program:

No refund is guaranteed.
YelladayHTA reserves the right to assess a reasonable administrative and convenience fee for enrollment processing, scheduling, instructional resources, and course management.
Students remain responsible for payment of all training completed prior to withdrawal.

Because seats are reserved and instructional resources are allocated in advance, withdrawals after significant course participation often prevent the school from filling the vacated seat.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

14–30 business days

using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.

Medical Emergencies and Extraordinary Circumstances

YelladayHTA understands that unforeseen situations may occur.

Students experiencing:

Serious illness
Medical emergencies
Family emergencies
Military deployment
Other documented hardships

may submit supporting documentation for review.

Refunds, transfers, or credits granted under extraordinary circumstances are issued solely at the discretion of YelladayHTA administration.
